We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our contract manufacturing and private labelling business in the Ayurveda and Nutraceuticals sectors.
- This is a key role that requires strong networking skills, market knowledge, and leadership abilities to drive sales growth and expand our customer base.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing B2B relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- They will also be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and converting them into long-term partnerships.
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently or as part of a team. You should also have experience in handling contract manufacturing business and services, and be fluent in English and Hindi.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Sales.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the pharma industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
- Ability to travel internationally.
