
Office Operations Manager

Job Description:
">To ensure smooth daily operations, you will oversee office infrastructure management.
This includes managing electricity, water, internet, CCTV, and other utilities to maintain a productive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
">Manage vendors, leases, and projects including coordinating lease agreements, office fit-outs, repairs, and landlord escalations.
Oversee housekeeping, pantry, stationery, front desk, security, and visitor management.
Verify bills, reconcile petty cash, maintain records for leases, insurance, licenses, and safety certificates.
Ensure compliance and safety by keeping NOCs, insurance, safety certificates, and first-aid kits up to date and audit-ready.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in facilities/office administration with strong negotiation, documentation, and Excel/email skills.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
