About the Role:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative functions of our office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office supplies, coordinating travel arrangements, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional support to our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Office Supplies Management: Ensure adequate stock levels and timely procurement of office supplies.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of office assets, vendor information, and employee details.
- Team Support: Provide exceptional support to our team members, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Administrative Experience: Proven track record of working in an administrative role, preferably in an office setting.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, meeting deadlines and delivering results.
