Job Title:

Key Role:
You will oversee the day-to-day operations of office premises ensuring smooth functioning and effective resource allocation.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the maintenance, security and upkeep of the office.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on administrative matters.
  • Coordinate housekeeping staff and manage office supplies stock.

  • Collaborate with department heads on administrative-related matters.
  • Process bills track payments and reconcile vendor invoices quarterly.
  • Maintain accurate records of administrative activities including expenses invoices and contracts.
  • Manage AMC services according to contract scope.
  • Vendor asset management event coordination and regular MIS preparation.
