Job Summary
- We are seeking a Administrative Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office.
- Manage the upkeep, maintenance, and security of the office premises.
- Act as the primary point of contact for administrative matters.
- Coordinate the housekeeping staff to ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Oversee the procurement, distribution, and inventory control of equipment, furniture, and supplies.
- Manage the floor plan, seating allocation, and ID card management.
- Ensure cafeteria management and overall office security.
- Supervise the outdoor activities of the office boy.
- Coordinate with Heads of Departments on administrative matters.
- Process bills, track payments, and reconcile with vendors quarterly.
- Maintain accurate records of expenses, invoices, and contracts.
- Manage AMC services within contract scope.
- Oversee vendor, asset, and event management.
- Prepare and send regular MIS reports.
- Strong leadership and supervision skills.
- Effective communication and coordination abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and perform data analysis.
