Job Summary

  • We are seeking a Administrative Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the upkeep, maintenance, and security of the office premises.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for administrative matters.
  • Coordinate the housekeeping staff to ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Oversee the procurement, distribution, and inventory control of equipment, furniture, and supplies.
  • Manage the floor plan, seating allocation, and ID card management.
  • Ensure cafeteria management and overall office security.
  • Supervise the outdoor activities of the office boy.
  • Coordinate with Heads of Departments on administrative matters.
  • Process bills, track payments, and reconcile with vendors quarterly.
  • Maintain accurate records of expenses, invoices, and contracts.
  • Manage AMC services within contract scope.
  • Oversee vendor, asset, and event management.
  • Prepare and send regular MIS reports.
