
Human Resources Director

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Director to oversee all human resources functions for an organization. The successful candidate will focus on performance evaluation, workload analysis and other HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to hiring
- Conduct in-depth interviews and make informed hiring recommendations
- Collaborate with department heads on staffing needs and workforce planning
- Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards
- Track key recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring processes
- Design and implement evidence-based performance management systems
- Foster annual performance reviews and goal setting sessions
- Cultivate managers on effective performance management techniques
- Develop comprehensive employee development programs
- Address performance issues and implement corrective actions
- Create recognition and rewards programs to boost employee engagement
- Conduct thorough workload assessments across departments
- Analyze job roles and responsibilities for operational efficiency
- Recommend staffing adjustments based on workload analysis results
- Monitor employee productivity and satisfaction levels
- Implement data-driven workforce planning strategies
- Develop metrics to track workload distribution and allocation
- Administer all employee leave programs (vacation, sick, FMLA) while ensuring compliance with regulations
- Process leave requests and maintain accurate documentation
- Coordinate coverage during employee absences
- Update leave policies as needed to reflect changing business requirements
- Generate detailed leave utilization reports
- Develop and maintain comprehensive HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee relations issues and conduct investigations
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration
- Celebrate company achievements through training and development programs
- Maintain accurate HRIS systems and data integrity
- Prepare regular HR reports for senior leadership
- E nsure workplace safety and compliance with relevant laws
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- Master's degree preferred
- HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) highly valued
- At least 5 years of HR experience with 2+ years in a leadership role required
- Experience in talent acquisition and performance management highly beneficial
- Strong knowledge of employment law and regulatory compliance essential
- Proficiency in HRIS systems a must
- HRIS platforms (Workday, BambooHR)
- Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- HR analytics and reporting tools
- Performance management software
