Regional HR Lead Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead our regional human resources function. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire human resources lifecycle, including talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, personnel administration, and day-to-day operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent, manage the hiring process, build relationships with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with employment policies and procedures.
  • Employee Development (ED): Launch regional training initiatives, implement ED strategies, facilitate and deliver training programs, and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Performance Management System (PMS): Conduct training on PMS, provide guidance and support to managers and employees, and ensure timely completion of PMS processes.
  • Personnel Administration: Provide guidance and support on HR policies and procedures, manage employee relations, develop engagement strategies, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Operations Management: Manage day-to-day administrative operations, oversee facility maintenance and amenities, manage procurement and inventory, and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.
