Strategic Transformation Leader

Are you an experienced professional with a passion for driving business transformation using AI, data science, and Six Sigma? We are seeking a talented leader to join our team as a Strategic Transformation Leader.

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading large-scale transformation projects across global BPO operations. Your expertise in AI/ML, data analytics, and automation technologies will enable you to drive cost-efficiency, process optimization, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead enterprise-wide transformation programs focused on strategic business goals.
  • Develop and implement AI-driven solutions to improve productivity, billable utilization, and customer experience metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to redesign workflows, eliminate waste, and minimize variation in critical business processes.
  • Manage complex transformation roadmaps, ensuring stakeholder alignment and effective risk mitigation.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification (mandatory).
  • 12+ years of experience in BPO / KPO / Shared Services, with demonstrated ownership of large-scale transformation projects.
  • 5+ years of experience leading AI/ML initiatives, with a deep understanding of the entire model lifecycle.
Technical Skills & Expertise:
  • Proficiency in tools such as Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, with exposure to AI platforms (e.g., Azure AI, AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI).
  • Strong command of automation technologies, particularly RPA tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, or Power Automate.
  • In-depth knowledge of BPO metrics and operational challenges.
