Job Title: Service Designer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced designer to join our team as a Service Designer. As a Service Designer, you will play a key role in designing and delivering innovation programs for corporate clients.

In this role, you will work closely with the Director of Innovation to create tailored innovation programs and detailed proposals that align with client-specific needs, constraints, and organizational objectives.

  • Innovation Program Design & Management- Create innovative solutions that meet client goals and objectives.
  • Research and Stakeholder Engagement- Conduct stakeholder interviews, facilitate service design workshops, and identify opportunities for human-centered innovation.
  • User Research and Analysis- Conduct user research and derive insights to inform strategic directions and create qualitative analysis reports and insights documentation for client projects.
  • Methodology Support- Provide methodology support to corporate teams in the different phases of each project: user research, ideation, prototyping, and user testing.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a designer in the innovation space.
  • Master user-centered design methodologies at every step of the service design process.
  • Strong facilitation skills for workshops and training sessions.
  • Exceptional ability to synthesize qualitative insights into actionable strategies.
  • Understanding of technological trends and challenges.
