Strategic Digital Transformation Leader

We're seeking a seasoned leader to drive our organization's digital transformation, leveraging emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiencies and improve service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Comprehensive Digitalization Strategy: Create and execute a strategy for digitalization, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and driving innovation across the business.
  • Lead Emerging Technology Projects: Spearhead projects that streamline processes, improve data analytics, and drive automation initiatives, leveraging technologies such as AI and Machine Learning.
  • Collaborate with IT and Business Stakeholders: Work closely with IT and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital solutions, oversee deployment, and ensure successful adoption among employees.
  • Analyze Business Operations: Analyze operations, identify inefficiencies, and propose innovative digital solutions to enhance performance and service delivery.
  • Monitor Industry Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends in digital transformation and assess their potential impact on operations.
  • Define KPIs and Success Metrics: Establish measurable KPIs and success metrics for digital programs, ensuring continuous improvement and ROI.
  • Drive Change Management Initiatives: Lead change management efforts to ensure seamless adoption of digital tools and processes among employees.
  • Mentor and Develop Team Members: Mentor team members in digital skills and capabilities, fostering growth and development.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, project management, or consulting, preferably within a GBS environment.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of digital technologies, data analytics, and automation tools, combined with excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
