We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our buyers on Etsy.
Duties and Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and issues via email and chat in a timely and efficient manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues while maintaining a positive attitude and providing excellent communication skills.
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other teams within the company to resolve customer issues.
- Stay up-to-date with product and service offerings as well as industry trends and best practices.
- Provide feedback to management on customer trends, issues, and opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Experience with CRM software and tools.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in the jewelry industry is a plus.
