Our organization seeks an experienced Director – Fundraising to spearhead fundraising efforts across various segments. This critical role involves developing and executing a 3-year fundraising strategy with quantifiable targets, enhancing the brand's thought leadership position.

Key Responsibilities
  • We are looking for a visionary leader to create and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy with measurable objectives.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire donor lifecycle, from initial research to stewardship and renewal.
  • This role requires designing multi-year giving programs, including major gifts, challenge funds, and peer-to-peer campaigns.
  • Building strategic partnerships with influential networks, corporations, and foundations in India and abroad is also essential.
Requirements
  • A postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, along with fundraising certifications, is desirable.
  • The successful candidate should possess at least 8-10 years of direct fundraising experience, with a proven track record in major-gifts and institutional fundraising, particularly in India and internationally.
  • We seek an individual with a strong grasp of donor management, digital marketing, brand positioning, and campaign/event orchestration.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of unit economics, be able to navigate complex ecosystems, and possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
