Job Description: Sales Development Director

Staffing Solutions is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our IT services and software business in Chennai, Hyderabad, or Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, establishing strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
  3. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market demands.
  4. Prepare and present detailed proposals, presentations, and contracts to potential clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development within the IT Infrastructure, IT Services & Consulting, or IT Software sectors.
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions, services, and industry trends.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, lead generation, and closing deals.
