Career Guideline Seeks Experienced Sales Professional
We are seeking an accomplished Sales Business Development Manager to spearhead our international sales growth, foster strategic partnerships, and expand our global presence.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Execute International Sales Strategy:
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies. Set and achieve sales targets, expanding our international customer base.
- Build and Maintain Strategic Partnerships:
Identify, develop, and nurture relationships with key partners, distributors, and suppliers. Collaborate with partners to drive joint business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams:
Work closely with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success) to align strategies, share best practices, and drive business outcomes.
- Conduct Market Research and Analysis:
Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs. Analyze sales data, market research, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
- Develop and Manage Sales Forecasts and Pipelines:
Create and manage accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and reports. Identify and mitigate sales risks, developing strategies to overcome obstacles.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, business development, and international market expansion.
