Rebel Foods is challenging this status quo by building the world's most valuable internet restaurant company. With exponential growth in the food delivery business worldwide, our presence has expanded to India, Indonesia, UAE, UK, and KSA, featuring 50+ brands and 4,500+ internet restaurants.
We are in the midst of a revolution, creating customer-first experiences through technology at its core. As a Regional Business Expansion Manager, you will play a crucial role in disrupting the 500-year-old industry.
The job involves strategizing, launching, and scaling up business operations in new markets. You will define the medium- and long-term roadmap to achieve growth and profitability targets for your cluster, ensuring consistency in service, taste, quality, size, flavor, and aroma.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing local marketing strategies to build strong brand presence
- Evaluating and rolling out new product features and innovative offerings
- Implementing cost and time management to maximize profits
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders through solid project management and communication
You will be comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced environment, possessing strategic thinking and sound business judgment. Strong negotiation skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and street smarts are essential.
The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on location and experience. If you are ready to shift base to any region across the city and have experience in opening new stores, QSR, we encourage you to apply.
