Training and Reporting Specialist Job Description

As a senior training specialist, you will be responsible for managing and administering the learning management system (LMS) platform. This includes assigning training modules to dealer sales executives, creating and maintaining training reports segmented by levels, monitoring training completion, and generating performance reports.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Training & LMS Management:
    • Manage and administer the LMS platform, including assigning training modules to DSEs.
    • Create and maintain training reports segmented by levels: beginner, premium, super-premium.
    • Monitor training completion and generate performance reports.
    • Conduct post-training evaluations, including effectiveness analysis and premium adequacy reports.
    • Prepare engaging presentations to communicate training outcomes and insights.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
    • Develop and automate training dashboards and performance metrics.
    • Pull and analyze LMS data to identify trends and improvement areas.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training content aligns with business goals.
    • NPS-drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, measured through NPS metrics.
    • SAP-& IMS-processing invoices.
  • Advanced Excel & PowerPoint Expertise:
    • Use pivot tables, COUNTIF, SUMIF, and data validation to manage and analyze large datasets.
    • Apply conditional formatting to highlight key insights.
    • Design professional PowerPoint presentations to showcase training impact and performance metrics.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have advanced expertise in excel and powerpoint, excellent communication skills, and experience in managing and analyzing large datasets. They should also be able to design engaging presentations and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training content aligns with business goals.
