Job Title: Soft Skills Trainer

Our organization seeks a skilled professional to assume the role of Soft Skills Trainer. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to deliver engaging and effective training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Program Development and Delivery: Design and conduct soft skills training programs (communication, email etiquette, customer handling, conflict resolution, time management, team collaboration, leadership essentials) for employees.
  • Induction and Refresher Training: Deliver new hire induction training and refresher sessions tailored for BPO employees, focusing on enhancing their skills and knowledge.
  • Needs Assessment and Identification: Assess training needs through surveys, performance reports, and manager feedback, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Content Creation: Develop training content, role plays, simulations, and case studies relevant to the BPO/customer service environment, ensuring they meet business objectives.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Coach and mentor employees to improve customer interaction, empathy, and problem-solving skills, promoting positive behavioral change.
  • Evaluation and Reporting: Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and on-the-job performance, providing regular reports on participation and outcomes.
  • Collaboration and Alignment: Collaborate with operations and HR teams to align training modules with business objectives, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Training MIS Management: Maintain training MIS and provide reports on participation and outcomes, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
