Job Overview

This role involves delivering comprehensive training programs for corporate clients, focusing on ARM technology and related architectures.

  • Design and implement engaging training sessions based on the course curriculum, incorporating both theoretical and practical aspects.
  • Provide support to trainees through systematic query handling, ensuring they grasp complex concepts effectively.
  • Evaluate trainee performance using established criteria, identifying areas of improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Offer constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes and encourage trainees to take ownership of their development.
  • Act as a mentor during lab sessions and projects, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes knowledge sharing and skill acquisition.
  • Develop and refine courses in ARM and AMBA bus architectures, tailored to meet the evolving needs of corporate clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of combined industry and academic experience.
  • Proven expertise in designing new courses for ARM and AMBA architectures.
  • Successful track record of teaching ARM and AMBA courses to corporate trainees or team members – 6 semesters.
  • At least 4 years of working experience in the industry developing ARM-based SoCs or subsystems.
  • Excellent understanding of ARM V8 and V9 architectures.
  • Strong familiarity with the latest AMBA bus architectures.
  • Master's degree in ECE (or related field) is mandatory; a PhD is an added advantage.
