Corporate ERP Specialist Role

This specialist will be part of a dynamic internal organization, contributing to its rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Oracle NetSuite platform and serve as subject matter expert for all relevant features
  • Work cross-functionally with various departments & end users to ensure best practices for the system
  • Identify and support optimizations of business processes
  • Participate in implementations of required localizations
  • Support migrations of acquired companies from local ERP to NetSuite
  • Manage day-to-day NetSuite queries including induction/training, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Perform and create customizations, workflows, and reports within NetSuite
  • Ensure data integrity within the platform
  • Configure integrations with external applications
  • Manage configuration changes to existing reports, fields, workflows, roles, permissions, forms, records, and searches
  • Review and maintain user roles and dashboards
  • Collaborate on end-user manuals and new user training
  • Work closely with internal and external subject matter experts
