Your role as a Corporate ERP Specialist

Key responsibilities:

The Corporate ERP Specialist will be part of the NewCold NetSuite Team, contributing to the rapid growth our dynamic internal organization is facing.

  • Manage the Oracle NetSuite platform and act as subject matter expert for all relevant NetSuite features
  • Work cross-functionally with various departments & end users to ensure best practices for the system
  • Identify and support in optimizations of Business Processes
  • Take part in implementations of required additional localizations
  • Support in migrating acquired companies from local ERP to NetSuite
  • Manage day to day NetSuite queries including induction/training, maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Perform and create NetSuite customizations, workflows, and reports
  • Ensure NetSuite data integrity
  • Managing setting up of integrations with external applications
  • Manage configuration changes to existing reports, fields, workflows, roles, permissions, forms, records, and searches
  • Review and maintain user roles and dashboards
  • Making (end User) Manuals and take part in new user training
  • Collaborate intensively with internal and external NetSuite subject matter experts

Who we are looking for:

We are seeking motivated and forward-thinking individuals who thrive in collaborative and fast-moving environments. Our ideal candidate has:

  • Bachelor's degree in information management or similar
  • Advanced training in IT/ ERP application management
  • Minimum 3 years NetSuite ERP experience
  • Minimum 3 years User Acceptance Testing, Technical Trainer and/or Technical Support
  • Using NetSuite ERP within a similar role or responsibility
  • Knowledge of financial modules and SRP project features in NetSuite
  • Deep knowledge of Workflows
  • Critical Thinking and Analysis Skills
  • SQL and Power BI knowledge
  • Fluent in English
