Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a trainer or in a similar role and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • The trainer is responsible for ensuring that new employees receive comprehensive onboarding training, preparing them for their roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate employee performance to identify skill gaps and areas of improvement.
  • Create customized training programs to address these gaps.
  • Develop engaging learning materials, such as module summaries, videos, and presentations.
  • Conduct surveys to gauge the effectiveness of programs and make data-driven improvements.
  • Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule sessions.
  • Support and mentor new employees throughout their onboarding journey.
  • Keep accurate records of attendance, progress, and other relevant metrics.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a trainer or in a similar role.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Knowledge of various teaching methods and approaches.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, and e-learning software.
  • Superb communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
