Key Role:

We seek a seasoned fundraising professional to lead Anandaya’s strategic growth through corporate partnerships and philanthropy.

Core Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate partnership strategy to drive sustainable funding and support for Anandaya’s mission-aligned initiatives.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with senior-level stakeholders, including CEOs, CSR heads, and key decision-makers in the Indian business landscape.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to craft compelling proposals, pitches, and thought leadership content that showcases Anandaya's impact and relevance to potential partners.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in corporate partnerships, fundraising, or business development in the nonprofit or CSR ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated success in securing and managing significant funding from corporate partners, foundations, or high-net-worth individuals.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics and build lasting partnerships.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving long-term growth and sustainability.
