Job Title: Fundraising and Research Associate

Fundraising and Research Associates play a crucial role in building an organization's development engine. They are responsible for researching and proposing new fundraising strategies, maintaining donor databases, and drafting proposals and reports aligned with the organization's initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date donor databases, conduct research on new prospects, and create concise donor briefs for leadership meetings.
  • Draft and edit proposals, reports, and presentations that align with the organization's goals, ensure proposal templates are standardized across initiatives, and contribute to donor communications.
  • Manage grant calendars, submission trackers, and donor interactions, lead fundraising design and delivery of stewardship events, and prepare dashboards and internal reports on fundraising activity.
