Job Summary

As a Fundraiser, you will play a crucial role in securing financial support for our organization. You will be responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies to support our mission and programs.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify potential donors and funding opportunities
  • Write grant proposals and manage the grant application process
  • Develop and execute strategic fundraising plans
  • Utilize databases and tools like Raiser's Edge for donor management
  • Engage in public relations activities to promote fundraising campaigns
  • Build and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and partners
  • Provide excellent customer service to donors and stakeholders

Skills

  • Proficient in research methods for donor identification
  • Experience in grant writing and managing grant applications
  • Strong strategic planning abilities for fundraising initiatives
  • Knowledge of fundraising techniques and best practices
  • Familiarity with databases, particularly Raiser's Edge
  • Excellent public relations skills to market fundraising campaigns effectively
  • Ability to cultivate relationships with donors, sponsors, and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated customer service skills to engage effectively with supporters

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45, ₹50,000.00 per month
