Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Fundraising Specialist to develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies that drive growth and support our mission.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, corporate partners, and foundations.
  • Create customized engagement plans to enhance donor retention and lifetime value.
  • Oversee donor recognition and stewardship programs to foster a culture of appreciation and loyalty.
  • Identify and pursue grant opportunities, craft compelling proposals, and ensure seamless reporting compliance.
  • Lead and mentor fundraising staff, collaborating effectively across teams to achieve shared goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in fundraising, with expertise in donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proposal writing.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and project management abilities to drive results and meet deadlines.
