Capital Raising Expertise

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Capital Raising Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the fundraising team, you will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end fundraising strategies that drive results.

Your role will involve creating compelling investment pitches, structuring funding rounds, and managing ongoing relationships with clients across various sectors and stages of their business operations.

To succeed in this position, you will need to have a strong understanding of private investment markets, funding asks, valuations, financial models, and business projections.

You will also be required to deliver high-quality services to clients, manage multiple deals simultaneously, and meet strict deadlines.

The ideal candidate will possess 1-3 years of prior Investment Banking/Investment Analyst experience, CFA Level 1 or 2 passed candidates are preferred. Knowledge/experience with startup fundraising/Venture capital industry is advantageous.

This is a remote-based role, allowing you to work from anywhere without daily office attendance. A laptop and good internet connection are necessary for day-to-day operations. Excellent written and spoken English is required. Training will be provided upon joining.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end fundraising strategies

  • Deliver high-quality services to clients
  • Meet strict deadlines and manage multiple deals simultaneously

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of prior Investment Banking/Investment Analyst experience
