**Senior Manager Position Overview**At our organization, we are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our fundraising efforts.The successful candidate will be responsible for debt raising from various financial institutions and managing existing lender compliances.This is a critical role that requires strong analytical and presentation skills, as well as the ability to coordinate with different teams to fulfill requirements.As a Senior Manager, you will have the opportunity to work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the success of our fundraising transactions.

**Responsibilities**
  • Debt raising from Financial Institutions, AIFs, Banks etc. through Term loans, Debentures at competitive pricing.
  • Preparation of CMA, credit proposals with new and existing lenders and handling queries of lenders in relation to credit proposals for fundraising.
  • Co-ordinate end to end execution for fund raising transactions.
  • Manage existing lender compliances, reporting and covenant tracking.
  • Ability to manage liquidity and investment portfolio.
**Requirements**
  • CA/MBA Finance degree.
  • 6 – 7 years experience in a NBFC or Fintech field.
**Desirable Skills**
  • Hands on experience in raising debt end to end.
  • Capability to read and understand financial statements and other financial metrics of the organization.
  • Ability to co-ordinate with different teams to fulfill requirements.
  • Ability to understand the core businesses and pitch them to external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills.
