Face-to-Face Fundraiser

In this role, you will engage directly with the public, raising awareness and funds for impactful charity initiatives. If you enjoy building connections with people and are committed to helping those in need, this is the perfect role for you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Public Engagement: Approach individuals in high-traffic areas (e.g., shopping malls, events, and streets) to raise awareness and funds for charitable organizations.
  • Fundraising: Inspire and encourage individuals to support causes through regular donations or one-time contributions.
  • Relationship Building: Establish meaningful connections with potential donors, explaining the impact of their contributions and how their support will make a difference.
  • Campaign Knowledge: Stay informed on campaign goals, objectives, and the causes being supported to ensure clear and accurate communication with potential donors.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly fundraising targets.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and ensure all donations are properly documented and processed.
  • Brand Representation: Represent the organization and its cause in a professional, friendly, and approachable manner, adhering to all company guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Passion for fundraising and supporting meaningful causes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to engage and connect with people from all walks of life.
  • Target-driven with a desire to meet and exceed fundraising goals.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and resilient.
  • No prior experience required training will be provided
  • Comfortable with working in outdoor environments and face-to-face interactions.
