This role is a fantastic opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in grassroot level non-profit communications and fundraising, contributing directly to an important social mission.
What will a day at work look like?
Come hang-out at the office from 9 to 5 for five days a week. You will be working with experienced social work professionals at the Bengaluru head office, while also interacting with the field staff at Jharkhand remotely.
- Outreach & Communications (role code: CR01)
o A blend of content creation, story writing, social media management, and general support for the organization's mission and fundraising efforts.
- Fundraising (role code: FR01)
o A hands-on role focused on supporting the organization's efforts to secure the financial resources needed to fulfil its mission. It provides an excellent entry point into the non-profit sector, focusing on campaign execution and donor relations.
o Support the execution of annual giving and online fundraising campaigns, tracking metrics and assisting with social media or email outreach.
