Research Fundraising Professional Opportunity

This role involves leading fundraising efforts and building relationships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong research, writing, and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain an accurate donor database and track prospect interactions.
  • Prepare concise reports for senior stakeholders and development board meetings.
Working Style & Environment:

Success in this role requires effective communication, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Growth Pathway & Compensation:
  • Fixed salary of ₹50,000–₹55,000 per month, full-time.
  • 6-month probation with deliverables: clean donor list, grant calendar live, 3 proposals submitted, 20 new donors identified.
  • Focus on research, proposal development, systems support, and stewardship.

Year 2 onwards:

  • Base salary incremented annually in line with company policy (typically 8–10%).
  • Eligible for annual performance bonus tied to departmental fundraising target achievement.
  • As fundraising function grows, this role will expand in scope with opportunities for higher responsibility and compensation.

Ultimate Goal (24 Months+):

Evolve into a trusted frontline fundraiser capable of originating, managing, and supporting major gifts within the donor ecosystem.

Candidate Profile:

  • 3–5 years of experience in fundraising, donor engagement, or corporate partnerships.
  • Strong research, writing, presentation, and data management skills.
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders, including philanthropists and corporate leaders.
  • Ability to manage upwards with confidence and maintain clarity in a high-paced environment.
