Digital Fundraising Leader

We are seeking a talented Digital Fundraising Leader to drive our online fundraising efforts. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our end-to-end online fundraising efforts, including digital campaigns, donor engagement, content creation, platform management, and performance tracking. Key responsibilities include running online fundraising campaigns across social media, email, and website, creating engaging content such as posts, videos, visuals, and donor stories, managing donation platforms and optimizing the digital donor journey, monitoring campaign performance, donor data, and preparing reports, and strengthening digital donor relationships and retention.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in digital fundraising or digital marketing
  • Strong expertise in social media management, email marketing, SEO, and analytics
  • Proficiency with Canva/Adobe tools and basic video editing
  • Experience with donor CRMs and online donation platforms
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and deliver measurable results
  • Commitment to social impact and nonprofit work
