A Senior Delivery Manager oversees the successful delivery of complex technology projects from initiation to completion.

- Progress Monitoring: Measure project progress using data-driven approaches. Conduct regular check-ins (e.g., daily stand-ups, weekly meetings) to track actions and ensure accountability.
- Change Management: Lead change management processes to adapt to evolving business needs while minimizing disruption to ongoing projects.
- Mentorship and Team Development: Mentor team members, fostering a culture of inclusiveness and collaboration. Encourage professional development through training and knowledge sharing.

- Experience: 15-20 years of experience in technology delivery roles, managing large-scale projects and teams.
- Development Background: Significant experience in software development, including hands-on coding experience in relevant technologies (e.g., Java, .NET).
- Project Management Skills: Strong skills in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and tools (JIRA, Trello).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
