
Leader of Strategic Talent Acquisitions

This high-velocity role requires exceptional leadership skills and the ability to operate autonomously, driving business growth through strategic talent acquisition.
- The successful candidate will report to the TA Head and work closely with business leaders to understand their business strategy and talent needs, developing a comprehensive talent plan that aligns with organizational objectives.
- Responsibilities include building overall talent strategy, determining the number, skills, and experience of people to be inducted into the organization, and owning the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of top talent.
- Other key responsibilities include providing recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers, driving special projects/initiatives, and ensuring all aspects of recruitment and selection processes are adhered to, maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- A Master's Degree or equivalent in education and experience is required, along with a minimum 12+ years of related experience, including experience in managing people and extensive experience in HR data and HR systems.
- Candidates must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, driving collaboration and consensus-building.
