Head of Digital Transformation

About the Role

We are seeking a visionary and strategic leader to drive innovation, lead the development and delivery of cutting-edge solutions, and align technology strategies with business goals.

Main Responsibilities

  • Delivery Excellence: Own and manage the delivery of digital portfolios from a delivery and operations perspective; responsible for delivering high-quality results.
  • Team Leadership: Empower delivery managers, program and project managers to ensure account/program/project risks and issues are addressed effectively.
  • Business Acumen: Monitor projects/programs, revenue, margins, revenue growth, yield per employee, and customer satisfaction.
  • Growth Mindset: Own the growth of the portfolio and be responsible for hiring and offboarding decisions.

The ideal candidate should have 18+ years of experience in managing large transformation programs and projects with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Experience in IT services, consulting, or a similar fast-paced environment is highly preferred.
