Job Title: Strategic Finance Leader

We are seeking a strategic finance professional to oversee our financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting & forecasting across brands.
  • Build scenario planning & valuation models to guide expansion.
  • Develop Management Information Systems (MIS) reports and cash flow management systems for scalability.
  • Enhance and professionalise finance & accounting controls and processes.
  • Manage investor relations with accurate projections and transparent communication.
  • Partner with leadership on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance tracking.

Candidate Profile:

  • 10+ years in Financial Planning & Analysis / Corporate Finance, preferably in F&B, hospitality, or retail.
  • Proven track record of helping restaurant businesses scale.
  • Expertise in forecasting, cash flow management, MIS & valuations.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and investor-facing skills.
  • Certified Accountant (CA) / Master of Business Administration (MBA) Finance preferred.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with expertise in forecasting, cash flow management, and valuations. They should be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders, including investors, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
