Job Title: Project Execution Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full sales order lifecycle from receipt to execution.

  • Coordinate with production, planning, and inventory teams for timely execution of orders
  • Maintain organized documentation for orders, contracts, and dispatches
  • Draft professional letters and emails for customer correspondence, clarifications, and follow-ups
  • Communicate order status, delays, and delivery schedules to clients in English and Hindi

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Commerce or related field is required, along with 3-7 years of relevant experience in sales order processing/documentation in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Management: Receive and process customer orders in ERP system, verify accuracy of pricing, delivery terms, product codes, taxes, and schedules
  • Documentation & Technical Submissions: Maintain organized documentation, coordinate with design/engineering teams, track submission dates, approvals, and customer responses
  • Communication & Letter Drafting: Draft professional letters and emails, ensure high standards in written communication, act as communication link between clients and internal departments
  • Customer Coordination & Payment Follow-up: Communicate order status, delays, and delivery schedules, follow up with customers for receivables and pending payments
  • Dispatch & Delivery Coordination: Coordinate with stores/logistics for on-time dispatch, ensure accuracy and compliance in dispatch documents
  • Reporting: Maintain dashboards for open orders, document status, dispatch timelines, and receivables, share regular MIS reports with management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Commerce or related field
  • 3-7 years of relevant experience in sales order processing/documentation in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
  • Ability to speak in Hindi
  • Strong business letter/email drafting skills
  • ERP system experience and good proficiency in MS Excel/Word
