Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a skilled Sales Executive to handle sales order creation, manage account receivable, and post invoices in SAP.

Responsibilities:

  • Independently process daily sales orders to ensure timely invoice posting.
  • Manage customer accounts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Process customer collections entries in SAP.
  • Utilize knowledge of the entire SD Module in SAP (Order to Cash) to optimize sales processes.
  • Develop clear communication skills for international stakeholders.
  • Process SO/non-SO based invoices according to defined procedures.
  • Perform stock audits and review sales MIS reports.
  • Create debit and credit notes within the system.

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of SAP SD/FICO Module.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills (voice and written).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent.
  • Desirable: Master's degree in Commerce or Finance.

Additional Requirements:

  • Experience in a shared service center is an advantage.
