Key Responsibilities:
  • Create enhancements for existing designs, ensuring alignment with platform standards and minimizing customizations.
  • Implement ServiceNow OM and CSM solutions, including simple order capture and orchestration, complex order capture and orchestration, integrations with third-party tools, and more.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with at least 3 years in Order Management.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules: CSM, ITSM, SPM, and CSDM.
  • Proficiency with integrations (scripted APIs, Integration Hub), Workspaces, UI Builder, Flow Designer, and portal management & customization.
  • Ability to design, prototype, and transform ideas into ServiceNow solutions.
