ServiceNow Developer Position

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a strong background in customization and configuration.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions
  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations
  • Provide expertise in the customization and configuration of ServiceNow
  • Lead and mentor junior developers, fostering a collaborative environment
  • Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in ServiceNow development

Key Responsibilities:

The ServiceNow developer will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations
  • Providing expertise in the customization and configuration of ServiceNow
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions
  • Leading and mentoring junior developers, fostering a collaborative environment
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a minimum of 6+ years working on the platform
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, design, and best practices
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and excellent scripting skills
  • Strong expertise in the ServiceNow CSM implementation and development tools
  • ServiceNow certification(s) such as Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS CSM) is highly desirable
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
