ServiceNow Tester

As a Senior/Lead ServiceNow QA/Tester with Business Analyst experience, you will be responsible for implementing and testing Workday HR processes in a Colleague environment. This role is perfect for those who want to leverage their technical skills to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with ServiceNow Tester, strong understanding of Workday HR, and Colleague experience. You will also need to design and execute test cases, including functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance tests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test Case Design: Create thorough test plans and cases to ensure the quality of Workday HR processes.
• Integration Testing: Test the data exchange between ServiceNow and Workday via their respective APIs (REST and SOAP).
• Workflow Automation: Expertise in testing HR workflows that span both platforms, such as automated onboarding, offboarding, and other employee life-cycle events initiated in Workday and executed in ServiceNow.
• Performance Testing: Evaluate the performance of the integrated systems under different loads, particularly for real-time integrations.
• Regression Testing: Conduct thorough regression testing for every ServiceNow update or Workday patch to ensure integrations remain intact.

Requirements:

• Extensive ServiceNow Tester experience
• Strong understanding of Workday HR.
• Colleague experience: Specific experience with the employee-facing side of HR systems, ensuring a positive and seamless user experience.
• Maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, cases, and results.
