Job Title: ServiceNow Performance Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow performance engineer to design and execute performance testing on a large-scale ServiceNow instance. The role will focus on evaluating system behavior under heavy usage, ensuring scalability, stability, and responsiveness.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in web application testing using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, and ServiceNow ATF. A ServiceNow SME may provide guidance, but the primary responsibility will rest with the QA team, which will include a Test Lead and multiple testers.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute performance testing strategies for ServiceNow portals, widgets, integrations, and reports.
  • Simulate 20,000+ concurrent users to assess system scalability and measure response times.
  • Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with QA leads, testers, and ServiceNow SMEs to design and execute test strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ Years of Experience in ServiceNow Testing
  • Hands-on experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, etc.)
  • Experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF)
  • Strong knowledge of web application performance testing
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow architecture (preferred)
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
