ServiceNow Lead Role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Lead to join our team on a full-time basis. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and leadership in the implementation and management of ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow platforms, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Develop and maintain complex workflows, business rules, and client/server scripts to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement catalog items, approval workflows, dynamic forms, and SLAs.
  • Provide expert-level knowledge of domain separation, scoped apps, data import/export, and UI policies.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems, ensuring secure and efficient data exchange.
  • Design and implement metrics and reporting dashboards to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead instance upgrades, patch management, and clone processes, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR, IT, and Facilities teams to streamline workflows and improve collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards through audit preparation, compliance documentation, and training.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Lead or Admin.
  • Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, business rules, client/server scripts, ACLs.
  • Expertise in creating catalog items, approval workflows, dynamic forms, and SLAs.
  • Hands-on experience with domain separation, scoped apps, data import/export, and UI policies.
  • Proven ability to integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems.
  • Proficient in setting up and tracking metrics like ticket volumes, deflection rates, module usage, and SLA performance.
  • Demonstrated leadership in instance upgrades, patch management, and clone processes.
  • Strong collaboration skills with HR, IT, and Facilities teams.
  • Experience in audit preparation, compliance documentation, and training.
