Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure the OTM module in ServiceNow.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. A strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and implementation best practices is essential for success in this role.
  2. Hands-on experience with Midserver configuration, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Graph Connector (SGC) is necessary to excel in this position.
  3. Good knowledge of networking concepts, including DMZ zones, public, private, and hybrid cloud environments, is also required.
  4. Familiarity with industrial control systems and OT network functions, as well as the Purdue Model architecture, is a must.
  5. Prior experience with implementing OT Visibility, OT Asset Management, and OT Service Management modules in ServiceNow is a plus.
