Main Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain the ServiceNow platform across various modules.
- Create catalog items, approval workflows, dynamic forms, and SLAs.
- Develop expertise in Flow Designer, business rules, client/server scripts, ACLs, domain separation, scoped apps, data import/export, and UI policies.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems including identity platforms and facilities management software.
- Analyze performance metrics like ticket volumes, deflection rates, module usage, and SLA performance.
- Oversee instance upgrades, patch management, and cloning processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline workflows.
- 7+ years of experience managing the ServiceNow platform.
