Job Description

A pivotal role in our organization is available for an experienced ServiceNow developer. This position will focus on enhancing the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with infrastructure and cloud environments.

  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing and optimizing Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management workflows.
  • Strong experience with Discovery probes and patterns, as well as form customization and API integration, is required.
  • Collaboration with product owners and stakeholders to analyze business needs and deliver scalable solutions is also crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain robust REST/SOAP API integrations with external systems.
  2. Customize the Employee Center portal to improve branding, content delivery, and user engagement.
  3. Design and publish reports and dashboards to support performance tracking and operational transparency.
  4. Troubleshoot platform issues using advanced scripting skills and resolve defects promptly.
  5. Enhance Discovery probes and patterns to support complex infrastructure and cloud environments.
  6. Continuously improve the ServiceNow platform through iterative enhancements, user feedback incorporation, and performance tuning.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Relevant ServiceNow training in ITSM, Discovery, and scripting modules.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
  • Proven track record with ServiceNow ITSM modules and Discovery implementation.
  • Experience with form customization, API integration, and dashboard/report creation.
  • Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting platform issues and scripting errors.
