About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to join our team as a ServiceNow ITOM Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow ITOM modules, including Discovery, CMDB, and CSDM.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate ITOM with other ServiceNow modules, ensuring seamless workflow and maximizing business value.

As a ServiceNow ITOM Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work on complex projects, collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Your expertise in implementing and optimizing ServiceNow ITOM will be instrumental in driving business outcomes and enhancing customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and implement robust CMDB architecture aligned with CSDM standards.
  2. Configure and optimize Discovery probes and patterns for accurate infrastructure mapping.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ITOM with other ServiceNow modules.
  4. Conduct gap analysis, data normalization, and reconciliation strategies for CMDB health.
Requirements:
  • Deep expertise in implementing and optimizing ServiceNow ITOM suite.
  • Proven track record of successful ITOM implementations and upgrades.
  • Strong knowledge of CSDM, CMDB, and Discovery modules.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
