We are seeking a qualified Fund Manager to collaborate with us as a 40% Equity Partner in our Dubai-based arbitrage-focused exempt fund. This is an exceptional opportunity for a visionary leader who can contribute capital and expertise to drive the fund's growth and success.

Role Overview:

  • Contribute capital as a partner-investor to support the fund's operations and growth.
  • Develop and implement the fund's management strategy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee portfolio execution, risk controls, and auditor reporting to maintain transparency and governance.
  • Shape the fund's long-term growth roadmap, collaborating with co-founders to scale the vehicle into an institutional-grade entity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct day-to-day operations of the fund's arbitrage trading strategy, ensuring risk-adjusted capital allocation and regulatory compliance.
  • Interface with auditors, administrators, and regulators to maintain a strong reputation and ensure smooth operations.
  • Develop investor confidence through transparent reporting and governance practices.

Candidate Profile:

  • Background in Fund Management, Quantitative Finance, or Hedge Fund Operations.
  • Strong understanding of arbitrage, risk-neutral trading strategies, and fund structures.
  • Proven ability to manage regulatory, legal, and reporting frameworks.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to invest personal capital and grow equity value.
