Job Title: Key Account Territory Manager

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Primary Sales Targets: Deliver key performance indicators (KPIs) in respect of volume, value, product/SKU market mix.
  • Drive outlet coverage, availability, and visibility to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Implement and administer sales systems, reporting, distributor policies, stock norms, application of credit and discounts, billing, and collections.
  • Develop short-term and long-term sales objectives through effective use of sales data and drive results-oriented activities.
  • Apply structured selling processes and negotiation techniques to achieve business targets.
  • Ensure timely closure of grievances and maintain excellent relationships with distributors and customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop, implement, and drive results-oriented strategies increasing organizational effectiveness and efficiency for the sales workforce.

 

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of the FMCG industry and possess excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
