About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Business Development Manager to join our team at KSoft Technologies. We are looking for someone who can think strategically, build strong relationships, and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with experience in developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients, establishing rapport, and arranging meetings. You will also plan and oversee new marketing initiatives, research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities, and increase the value of current customers.

Additionally, you will work closely with the Managing Director to develop business and marketing plans that align with revenue goals. You will assist in company branding and media communication activities, such as press releases, advertisements, and marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones
  • Bringing in new software development projects and achieving targets
  • Working closely with the Managing Director to develop business and marketing plans
  • Assisting in company branding and media communication activities

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 per annum, depending on experience.
