Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team and drive business growth in the UK and South Asia markets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy for expanding our client base in the UK and South Asia
- Identify potential clients and create tailored proposals to showcase our software development services
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to align sales initiatives with company goals
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management
Requirements:
- 5 to 8 years of experience in IT sales, specifically in selling software development services
- Proven track record of successfully closing deals and achieving sales targets in the UK and South Asia markets
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and the ability to articulate the value of software solutions to clients
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business goals
- Experience in developing and managing sales pipelines
- Willingness to travel occasionally, if needed
